Patalsu Peak trek is a perfect summit experience for beginners, is an astounding peak that reaches up to 4,220m, the Ptalsu Peak boasts of its scenic beauty and enchanting appeal. The trek started from Solang valley (Manali) Himachal Pradesh, this trek provides the trekker with many different experiences before taking them to the top witness marvellous scene of the Himalayas snowcapped mountains of the Dhauladhar.
Patalsu Peak is one of the most famous Peaks in Manali valley which even beginners can attempt, the level of trek is moderate as it involves a steep ascend from Solang valley, however its worth because of the mesmerising views one gets from the top.
Day 01 –
Trek from Solang Nallah to Shagadugh (4hrs trek)
The day will be dedicated towards trekking from the Solang Nallah camp to Shagadugh. Starting in the morning, the trek for the day will take you through deciduous pine and oak forests; on your way, you can also spot game birds like Monals and Khaleej pheasants. Continuing through these scenic trails, once you reach a stunning-open meadow, you will be at the Shagadugh camp; overnight stay in the camp
Day 02 –
Trek from Shagadugh – Patalsu Peak (3hrs)
Today, starting with an early morning trek, proceed towards the captivating Patalsu Peak (4,220m). Trek through the lush and evergreen forests from the Shagadugh camp and trail through the winding and uneven terrains to reach the summit. Arriving at Patalsu Peak, enjoy the panoramic views of the Shitidhar, Friendship and Manali peaks. Curate some of the most delightful moments of your trek so far and start descending back to the campsite for an overnight stay.
Day 03 Shagadugh- back.
After Breakfast we will Descend down to Solang ground via Solang village. And drive back to Manali hotel. Trek ends here with sweet Memories.
